Hang on! Not to jump on board the leaked Romney video express (yet, obvs), and not that I don’t like the place, but I am HARD PRESSED to believe that Alaska, of all places, has the least percentage non-payers in the entire country! Alaska, a place that genuinely would not survive without government assistance. Something is rotten in Anchorage, and it’s not the Deadliest Catch.
